The Medway Housing Authority offers housing assistance to low-income residents through state and federal programs. Eligibility for these programs is income-based and determined according to guidelines established by the Executive Office of Housing and Livable Communities (EOHLC) and the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).
While there may be waiting lists for available rentals or vouchers, these lists are kept open for new applicants at all times.

Please note that the Medway Housing Authority does not participate in the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8).
